We use the Prosci ADKAR model as the backbone of this work and apply it in a way that reflects the realities of your culture and operating environment.

Awareness: We assess how well employees understand the purpose of the change and how it aligns with organizational goals. Surveys and focus groups help us surface cultural themes, shared beliefs, and potential disconnects before transformation begins.

Desire: We evaluate motivation and commitment at every level, starting with leadership. Interviews and feedback sessions show whether leaders are championing the change effectively and where additional sponsorship support may be needed.

Knowledge: We examine what people already know about the coming change and what skills or information they lack. By reviewing communication patterns and past change efforts, we identify where employees may need education, context, or clarity.

Ability: We determine whether teams have the time, tools, and resources to adopt new ways of working. This includes looking at capacity constraints, competing initiatives, and operational pressure points that could limit progress.

Reinforcement: We identify risks, sources of resistance, and areas where support must continue after launch. Input from frontline employees and end users helps shape reinforcement plans so change can take hold and sustain.

We begin by defining the purpose of the project and establishing measurable targets, so leaders understand what success looks like and how to track it. During execution, we help manage coordination across workstreams while keeping attention on to budget and timeline constraints. We leverage tools such as Monday, Clarity, Daptiv, and Microsoft Project Server and integrate emerging AI approaches to improve forecasting and decision support. Throughout the life cycle, we monitor progress to ensure we resolve issues early and adjust as conditions change. When work concludes, we document lessons learned to help organizations strengthen capabilities for future initiatives.

We introduce the psychology behind transition, so participants recognize both the personal and organizational side of change. This foundation is paired with practical skills that build resilience, improve adaptability, and strengthen communication during uncertain periods. We show teams how to ask the right questions, how to stay aligned to goals, and how to support one another as responsibilities shift.
