Our Story
I founded Ayuka Consulting at the end of 2022, at which point I had been thinking about starting my own small business for 6 years. As happens to most dreams, it is easy to dream but realizing it, needs us to overcome some limiting beliefs and the innate need to control our circumstances that I certainly had in me. Especially as a woman with multiple family demands I decided to push this for a while until the time is right!
Now in 2024, I got this opportunity to truly take the leap of faith as my family gets to a point of independence with almost grown-up kids, motivation of a very supportive husband and the experience I have gained working 20 years in the corporate IT world. Despite the challenges and uncertainties inherent in entrepreneurship, I was propelled by a deep-seated belief in the transformative power of my accumulated knowledge and experience. Ayuka Consulting became the vessel through which I could channel these assets to make a meaningful impact on organizations and individuals alike.
Ayuka Consulting is now reborn! In the words of Archimedes “Give me a place to stand, and I will move the world”, Ayuka has found its place to stand. Ayuka brings ‘People Centric Approach’ (PCA) to large organizational transformations while developing strategy for and implementing technical changes such as Agile development practices, Cloud Migration, AI / ML, Data Modeling and much more!
Over the journey of my career and launching Ayuka, I have built great friendships and supportive network! I believe in taking every conversation, interaction, and connection as the most important one for me! I have had a deep passion for finding people’s challenges and solving for them through large organizational changes & transformations. I am lucky to get to follow my heart into doing exactly that as part of the work Ayuka does.
